If you don't hear from us within 24 hours please try again. We check our messages throughout the day, but occasionally email does not get through to us safely. If your booking is made less than 30 days before your arrival then payment in full is required upon booking. We will send you an invoice with information on payment methods - we usually require a bank transfer. * We will make 100% refund on cancellation is cancellation is received up to 45 days prior to arrival. * If you cancel less than 45 days prior to arrival then we will refund you 50% * Cancellations made between 30 and 15 days prior to arrival mean you get a refund of 25% * No refund can be made on cancellations or changes in reservations made with less than 15 days notice. * If you have paid by credit card we will deduct any credit card charges from your refund, but will do our best to minimise these for you. * Prices do not include taxes, food or beverages (except where stated) or tips. * We reserve the right to pass on increases levied by third party suppliers should any changes occur prior to your arrival.
